CONGRATULATIONS BRO.!!!
It feels good to be back in the blogosphere. Let me start off by giving a late congrats to President-elect Barack Obama. It was the year 1955 when the first slave ship landed in Jamestown, Virginia. Our forefathers were crammed into that vessel like sardines. Some 100 million died in the middle passage and millions more died under the cruel hand of American slavery. This year, 458 years later, a Black man has been elected to the highest office of the very country where we were enslaved. In the words of Dr. Martin Luther King, "undeserved suffering is redemptive."
